We commissioned Mr. Emrich and Mr. Carle with the sale of our two-family house in Mainz in the summer of 2021. We can recommend the company without reservation. With the utmost care, our property was perfectly prepared so that the subsequent sale could be carried out quickly and we had absolutely no stress. They took care of everything for us - as promised. Thanks to the customer file of Emrich & Carle Immobilien GmbH, which we had already mentioned, we were able to agree with the two of them that, for the time being, only customers of the company would be informed about the sale of our property. It could be avoided in such a way even that innumerable inspections take place. We are absolutely satisfied and would like to thank you once again! Thank you!

Very down-to-earth company! Alexander Carle and Sven Emrich do their job with absolute passion! They have many years of experience and are very professional.

Super service in the sale of our family home. The communication has always been top, you were always kept up to date on the current status and the further process. If you had any questions, you could always get in touch and always felt in good hands. The sale went completely smoothly and we had to take care of practically nothing until the signing of the notary contract.

At Emrich & Carle Immobilien, customers are not a number. Here the customer is "appreciated". You can feel the appreciation during personal contact, but also during every phone call. No matter when you have contact with Sven Emrich or Alexander Carle, you never get the feeling that you are calling inappropriately. The sale of the property went absolutely smoothly. Exactly as one would wish. All sales talks were taken off my hands. They took care of everything.
