Had self-inflicted rear damage. After the repair, which took less time than planned, the vehicle looks like new again. An excellent job.
Even when Mr. Grimm accepted the order, he was very pleasant and provided competent and friendly advice. Just like the handover after the repair.
My body door was damaged by a strong gust of wind. My dealer was not able to completely rectify the problem. Hymer in Bad Waldsee also solved this problem. The body door works again as it did on the first day.
I am completely satisfied with the work carried out.

Uncomplicated, unbureaucratic ... okay, it took a while on the phone ... until I was connected to the right contact person ... but Mr. Kibele ... An emergency shortly before the start of our trip to Sweden, the water tap on the sink went on strike and the screws of the ladder attachment to the pop-up roof were torn out ... spontaneously drove there in the morning ... and was done immediately by the afternoon, including a leak test. Many thanks from Sweden ... where the Grand Canyon S and we almost feel at home. Best regards to Bad Waldsee and Mr. Kibele and Mr. Hund.

02/2024: I used the Erwin Hymer Center Bad Waldsee to buy spare parts for Hymer motorhomes. Got super good help and quick response from Mathias Bauer. In addition, the prices are very attractive compared to the price of the same spare parts in Denmark. I can definitely recommend him.

We live nearby and have a Carado Womo. The service has always been perfect so far. The Womo laundry is very good and Mr. Schwarz from the workshop is incredibly helpful and competent.
Do not forget the store is very well stocked and the staff there very helpful.

Last year we broke a spring on the body door lock, and this year the driver's door lock on our Hymer is defective. In both cases, our Hymer dealer in Fuldatal left us completely hanging.
One call to Hymer in Bad Waldsee and we were helped immediately!
Super friendly advice, fast and reliable help!

In an accident in Italy, a motorcyclist crashed into the left side of our WoMo (B 654 SL) and slashed it from front to back. Due to the impact we touched the guardrail with another damage in the front, right. Total damage: 20.000,-- Euro.
Mr. Grimm and his team repaired the vehicle with impressive competence. The camper is now as good as new - although it is already 12 years old. The team showed particular skill in matching the metallic color. There is absolutely no difference between the repaired and the old part.
Great work - we are very satisfied.

It starts with the friendly girls at the reception, who really try hard in these chaotic times (Corona / parts availability) to allocate an appointment, which they manage but super. The service technicians Mr. Zeberg and Mr. Zeiler have advised me professionally and reliably (in case of problem immediately recall). And the workshop has done its job to my complete satisfaction.
Tip to GL, provide a few e-scooters with which the waiting times at the service can be bridged by a tour of BW one or the other will then also buy a scooter on the spot ;-)

Additional but necessary work was carried out independently. The agreed deadlines were also met. We have always been satisfied and will continue to remain customers despite longer journey. Have a Hymer representation in the vicinity but once been there then never again. No comparison with Bad Waldsee.
