Super advice, very binding and extremely customer friendly!

We had a somewhat complicated financing (mortgaging of the parents' house, high income, but low equity). First we went to our bank, but as long-time customers they only offered us a very bad interest rate with a maximum of 15 years interest rate security.
Through a recommendation we came to Mr. Schillmöller. He took a lot of time and arranged a suitable financing for us (among other things with 30 years fixed interest rate) according to our wishes. Through access to over 400 banks, the conditions were significantly better and we save about 30,000 € over the entire term compared to our Volksbank.
