Disappointing experience with Finalrentals in Croatia. The car provided was not the model booked online, and it was in poor condition with several mechanical issues. Customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful in addressing our concerns. The overall experience was frustrating and did not meet expectations. Would not recommend Finalrentals for car rentals in Croatia.
