From the initial consultation to the successful completion of the project, I am very satisfied throughout, because Ms. Strehl and the entire team are highly professional, competent, and have very good market knowledge. Their recommended strategy led to success, with us signing a reservation for the sale within eight weeks. It is normal for mistakes to happen in projects, and I greatly appreciated the responsible and sincere attitude with which they were dealt with. This meant that the mistake could be rectified for everyone without any negative consequences, which is crucial for me when it comes to the quality of service in practice. I can recommend the services of Firstplace Immobilien with Ms. Strehl and her team with a clear conscience.

Professional estate agent who differentiates himself in a pleasant way when presenting the property with a precise description and supporting documents (such as photos, 3D and video). In addition, questions were answered quickly and competently and further information was provided. The clear process description, which managed the expectations of both parties openly and transparently, should also be emphasized. Any time again (if you could afford it). :-)

We worked with Ms. Strehl and it was a great experience, especially considering that neither of us are German. She was always very professional, quick to respond to all our questions and very friendly at the same time. Ms. Strehl is very efficient in her work, but she also makes the whole experience of buying an apartment in a difficult real estate market in Munich easier and more understandable. We really enjoyed working with her!

We had a sympathetic visit with Ms. Strehl. She did her job very well, was able to answer all our questions and took her time with us. The unit was wonderfully staged (furnished for marketing) - all around a good result.
We keep in touch and look forward to the machste visit and joint projects.
