Die Fitnesswerkstatt bietet ein etwas anderes Training. Es gibt eine sehr ausführliche Analyse zu Beginn auf die dann das Trainingsprogramm abgestimmt wird. Im Studio arbeiten sehr erfahrene und freundliche Mitarbeiter.
Besonders interessant ist das kurze aber effektive Training.
