I'd wanted to set up a company in Germany for a long time, but I had my doubts about German bureaucracy. The process of setting up a company in Germany is much more complicated than in other countries. However, the staff at GmbH-UG.com explained everything I had to do in detail. They actually took care of all the work, so all I had to do was sign a few documents and open the bank account. I highly recommend this service!

I have been living in Germany for some time, but I need a company for my business idea very quickly.

This is where the GmbH-UG.com team came into play, who gave me competent advice. I also thought the premium package was great, which you can book on request when you buy a shelf company. I can speak German, but I wanted to save myself the work.

During the process I always received clear, friendly and accurate support. Yvonne was my contact and she was always ready to help me, even with my individualized needs. She explained the next steps, expectations and reacted really fast. When I couldn't solve an issue, she made it! Every time when I didn't know how to continue or what should be detailed and I asked a proposal, the answer was supporting, helpful and was always made dedicatedly to my problem.
