First-class goods and very pleasant email and telephone contact with Mr. Herrmann. The order took some time, but thanks to the quick response to my inquiry, I always felt secure and in good hands.
My special request to have different orders shipped together was also taken care of immediately. A minor discrepancy in the orders was clarified by phone before shipping in a competent, objective, and professional manner to everyone's satisfaction. TOPP!!! With the delivery time of 4 weeks, well! But already a very long time compared to other suppliers.
They should work on improving the delivery times, i.e. shortening them.

Where you could complain: Delivery took 3 weeks, the box is lined with old newspaper, plus a leaflet about Jesus. No reason for me to complain. The price is great and the magnet doesn't stick to the silver coin.
