The trainer's experience on this complex topic was very extensive. Unfortunately, the cooperation of individual participants was only very passive, which made the training somewhat monotonous. I would have liked more participants (or ultimately "all") from the various departments to have presented practical examples from their areas and for us to have discussed these case studies together.
The course content was precise, practice-oriented and well structured. Mr. Zibert was extremely competent and was able to convey the knowledge clearly. The topics relevant to the exam were covered thoroughly, which will help me to successfully obtain the certificate. Overall, an excellent investment in my professional development.
