I have always received good advice and the service is also good. The old bed was collected free of charge so that we could renovate it.

Very fast and friendly service (I have not experienced for a long time: announcement between 10:00 and 11:00 and Mr. Friedrich was at the door at 10:00). My old waterbed had become obsolete after 20 years. Super offer for a new waterbed. Dismantling and assembly of the new bed were done quickly. The old bed was completely disposed of by Häufle.
Gladly again and again.

The consultation is carried out extremely competently and with a lot of calm and time.
Since my waterbed was defective, a short-term solution had to be found and this was no problem at all, because the team offered me a solution immediately. The installations were also done perfectly and quickly.
The quality and service is worth the money and highly recommended!

Actually only an information visit, but the advice with clear, professional arguments and the comparisons on site were so convincing that I was completely convinced and did not even have to reconsider my decision in this quality level - thanks again!

Also delivery and takeaway were very punctual, friendly and supportive - despite a measurement error on my part, the additional expense of the reorder was immediately and extremely accommodating initiated! Here SERVICE is still written BIG - hats off for it!
