Over Christmas 2021 we broke down with our vehicle a good 350km from home at -12 degrees. For some reason, we could not reach the HDI emergency call on this 2nd Christmas Day and thus could not discuss in advance with HDI the measures to be taken, to which we are entitled under the mobility warranty. Mr. Mundorf from the general agency, whom we then called, also tried in vain to call the emergency number, so that we independently decided to take advantage of the piggyback service guaranteed under the contract and have our vehicle transported home. In the following problems with the HDI because of the settlement of the towing costs, Mr. Mundorf has settled everything to our complete satisfaction with the HDI, so that all incurred costs were settled.
