Why I would recommend Heike! It’s impossible to put into words. What Heike carries within her and shares with the whole world is overwhelming. That was my first experience and first encounter with Heike and with the breathing technique during meditation accompanied by special music. I had no expectations, and it exceeded them all. Her presence, her voice, the strength she radiated—even the way she guided us with such confidence. Everyone experiences it differently, because we’re all unique. She supports me in finding my true self-empowerment and gives me the feeling and motivation to achieve my goal. She responds flexibly to my questions and needs. I recommend Ms. Schimandl without reservation.
The balls are great, as is her training, the support and the many tips. And don't forget her friendly manner. The effort involved in the training is minimal compared to the subsequent improvement in pain. It was fun too.
Definitely try it out and keep at it.

I have just been able to experience a one-week word practice course with Heike and was able to experience incredible energetic transformation through her clear, direct impulses in the coaching calls. The word practice alone does an incredible amount to your own frequency, as the spoken word is so essential if we want to turn our dreams into reality - it's fun and lifts your mood and vibration at the same time :).
