I recommend Ms. Schimandl without reservation.
The balls are great, as is her training, the support and the many tips. And don't forget her friendly manner. The effort involved in the training is minimal compared to the subsequent improvement in pain. It was fun too.
Definitely try it out and keep at it.

Wow, what a ride that was in the speed session.
We were able to clear a lot in a short time.

I have just been able to experience a one-week word practice course with Heike and was able to experience incredible energetic transformation through her clear, direct impulses in the coaching calls. The word practice alone does an incredible amount to your own frequency, as the spoken word is so essential if we want to turn our dreams into reality - it's fun and lifts your mood and vibration at the same time :). Heike takes plenty of time to answer questions about Healy and the treatment options. No matter what time of day or night, she was always available as a contact person for me. The taster sessions were very informative and valuable for me, as she has the great ability to combine them with her immeasurable know-how. In particular, the combination of Access Coaching and Impulse she offers in conjunction with the Healy treatment are absolute super speed tools for every user. I am looking forward to working with my new Healy.

It was a great session yesterday with Heike, who simply has a wealth of knowledge about the body. I had some reservations about the online format, but they quickly disappeared because it was super practical. And these BALL-ance pieces are really brilliant. After about an hour of training, my whole body felt relaxed, spacious, warm and supple and I was much happier in my body than before the session. It was as if my body was regaining its true size and I felt a greater sense of connectedness with it. This feeling is still there today, the day after. The stretching and suppleness are also still there and there is definitely room for improvement. I'm already looking forward to the next session!

Working with Heike was a real pleasure. So much passion for what she does. So much fun experimenting. She packs the maximum into such a workshop and the end is only when everyone is satisfied. It goes deep and is fun. 12 D Energetic Cellreset Rejuvenation is an enchanting energy with which more than rejuvenation is possible. I use it almost daily for myself. Especially when I have a sleepless night. Once I set an intention, sleep returns. I also use 12 D in most everyday situations. I love this energy and find it tender and loving. It is a gentle energy that enveloped me and gave me a great sense of security. I felt very comfortable and peaceful. As I am already well trained myself and have already experienced and felt a lot, I can only say "This is something completely new and different". I am very grateful to Heike for these sessions and I can only recommend them to everyone. It is very impressive what this energy has triggered in me in a very gentle white way and I am happy to be in this energy every time. Because it is something very special and takes you by the hand and lets you grow in a very gentle, loving way and gives you back all your strength.
There are many methods and energies to work with, but this is definitely one of the most beautiful and powerful I have encountered so far.
