For the intended sale of our small residential and commercial building, we wanted to hire a local broker, a broker who knows the area well and is also professionally qualified. Fortunately, we came across the broker Helmut Niegl from Torgau. Friendly and knowledgeable, he inspected the property for sale with us, took his time, and we felt that we were in good hands with him, even with regard to the valuation report. It took him only a few weeks to find a suitable buyer at what we felt was a fair price. Mr. Niegl is very competent and always there for us, even on weekends and at late hours. (Which is absolutely not a matter of course).
