I’m still in the process, but so far I can only say it’s been a positive experience for me. You get exactly the information and guidance you need. Of course, you also have to “do your part” and put the steps and recommendations into practice, but it feels right. I especially like the holistic, natural approach and the fact that it’s not some utopian quick fix with empty promises and harsh chemicals.

I came across Nico & Elina more or less by chance on Instagram. Before that, I’d already done a very expensive skin coaching program with someone else, which unfortunately didn’t help me at all. That’s why I was a bit skeptical at first.
I then decided to sign up for the 3-month coaching program with Nico & Elina… and after just the first month, I was incredibly pleasantly surprised. My skin had improved so much that I could hardly believe the changes.
I was especially impressed by how personalized and professional the coaching is. Not only did they give me great advice, but they also explained many connections that you really don’t hear about anywhere else. You can tell right away that Nico & Elina are exceptionally well-trained and know exactly what they’re talking about. They address each person individually with a wealth of expertise and genuine care.
I’m incredibly glad I found them, and I wholeheartedly recommend their coaching. Anyone who wants to make lasting improvements to their skin (and other health issues) is definitely in the best hands here!

The coaching with Niko and Elina is truly life-changing! I’ve been interested in health topics for many years, but it’s only this holistic approach that has helped me so much. The analyses and responses are very detailed, and you can tell that they both care deeply about their clients. You can learn so many new things that aren’t easily accessible, and you realize that the coaching really goes in-depth. I like that they make it clear right from the start that your body needs time to recover—without setting unrealistic expectations.

I’m really thrilled about this program, and after more than 12 years of skin problems, I finally feel like I’ve got it under control! I’ve been under Elina and Niko’s care for about half a year now, and I have nothing but good things to say! I have atopic dermatitis, and before this, I tried many gut cleanses on my own, as well as various diets, and I also participated in another skin coaching program where a hair mineral analysis was actually performed. Elina and Niko’s coaching differs from my previous attempts in that they take a truly holistic approach, and the hair mineral analysis is interpreted very differently—and this approach is significantly more logical and easier to understand than the one from my previous coaching.
As Elina and Niko themselves say, their coaching isn’t a “fast-track” program; rather, you have to be willing to take action and be patient. But this is also the only way to get rid of skin problems at their root. What really sets the two of them apart is the motivation they bring to the table and the fact that they’re genuinely interested in you—here, you’re definitely not just another number. :-) This makes putting the program into practice much easier, since you work with them step by step and check in regularly. They’re truly dedicated to this from the heart and are happy to guide you regularly through the process. The written materials they provide are also incredibly valuable and very comprehensive—they get right to the point without requiring you to spend entire evenings reading them.
What I also really appreciate is that, thanks to the regular hair mineral analyses, you can see in black and white what’s improving—so you get a plan that’s constantly adjusted, rather than just tinkering with random symptoms for a short time.
In conclusion, I can only emphasize once again that Elina and Niko’s program stands out positively from other coaching programs—both in terms of content and the intensive collaboration!

With Elina and Niko, I’ve finally found an approach that’s really helping me with my skin problems.
