Stephanie helps people in a special way. You immediately feel understood by her and she explains clearly and comprehensibly why you have the problems and what is involved. I can ask Stephanie for advice at any time. She has been with me for a very long time. Where in the beginning there were fears and depression, today there is love, self-confidence, trust and above all getting to know myself (soul). After 3 years, I am still learning new things. Without Stephanie, I would not have the stamina and energy for my life today. What I also particularly like is that Stephanie is always looking for new possibilities and experiences, which she skillfully incorporates into the therapy sessions.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My experience with Stephanie in the hypnosis practice
I have now been to Stephanie twice. Even after the first session I had the feeling that something was changing - and that's something I've never experienced before. Stephanie has an incredible ability to recognize things very quickly and to explain them in such a way that you really understand them and can implement them immediately.
The two sessions not only met my expectations, but far exceeded them. I have tried many things, including other hypnosis practices, but this is the first time I have felt that Stephanie really helped me. That makes a huge difference to me.
Her professional, empathetic manner and clear approach are just great. I can recommend Stephanie wholeheartedly - for me she is the first therapist I can say: It works!
And one more thing: this is my very first review ever, because I am really convinced and want to pass on this experience to others.

Every session - e.g. on current problems in everyday life - leads to surprising and simple solutions. I don't know of any other method that helps me make progress so quickly. I usually only notice a noticeable change after a few days. In the meantime, it is important for me not to return to my old habits, but to remind myself daily of what I have now established.
Stephanie's work is totally professional on the one hand and so personal, creative, loving, trustworthy, ... on the other.
I have been using Stephanie's accompanying impulses via Zoom for many years.

The sessions had a certain positive effect, even if my original concern was not resolved. Organizationally, however, there were points that were not right for me: for a longer session, a surcharge was demanded immediately after the appointment - at a moment when I was still very inattentive and not fully awake. I found it inappropriate that no adjustment was made for shorter appointments. In addition, Stefanie always arrived late or at the last minute and, in my opinion, sometimes spoke in riddles and too much about her own topics. Overall, a mixed experience.

I am pleased that you have experienced positive changes - even if your main goal was not fully achieved. However, some habits need conscious steps and a clear decision to change in everyday life as well as hypnosis. This is exactly where many processes really unfold.

It is often the case that you did not notice some progress at first. It's great that they became visible each time after a brief inquiry in the follow-up sessions.

Regarding your perception of communication: When I gave examples, it was not to talk about "my issues", but to make mechanisms of change more understandable - through brief personal experiences or anonymous examples from my practice. If anything was unclear, you could have asked at any time.

If I arrived a few minutes late from the previous appointment, I naturally added the time on at the end. Your total time was never shortened as a result.

The duration of the session and possible extensions were agreed in writing in your treatment contract beforehand. The billing was done according to this agreement - transparently and never at a moment when you were not clear.

I sincerely wish you all the best and that you can use the positive impulses from our work for yourself.

PS: I have now adapted my session concept. In the past, I sometimes worked a little longer with clients so that I could fit two processes into one session. Sessions now clearly end after 3 hours and I no longer charge for extensions. This ensures even more transparency and a well-rounded feeling for everyone.

I can only warmly recommend Ms. Rösch. She helped me tremendously to find myself, to find access to myself. To get in touch with myself. She has a wonderful empathetic, benevolent and accepting manner that really impressed me. I am already looking forward to my next appointment with her. Anyone who needs support to cope with this chaotic world is in a thousand times better hands with her than with any psychologist paid for by health insurance. It really is money well spent. It's the result that counts. Nothing else.

I had a trauma that prevented me from living properly for so many years. I was constantly on guard. Talking therapies didn't really help me, I was able to deal with the fears better, but now I'm convinced that the trauma has finally been resolved. It just feels completely different than before. When I think about the event, it's more neutral. The greatest thing was that I didn't even have to talk about the situation back then and didn't have to consciously go through it again. I probably wouldn't have been able to bear it. I am so grateful to you, Stephanie!
