Time and again, problems with invoicing / billing the nursing care insurance fund due to inadequately trained customer employees.
Again and again annoyance and an enormous amount of time spent in the clarification of course facts.
In addition, no adequate advice, provision of lists (prices / articles) absolutely intransparent!

I had to have my prescription corrected 2 times before the Illenseer could supply me. This delayed the supply unnecessarily. The nurse at my home and the ladies on the phone were consistently friendly and competent. Unfortunately, for the above reason, it took 3 days longer than necessary. Nevertheless, they provided everything necessary for my mother during this time.
