I bought an apartment through ImmoCenter Witte and must say that their motto "Regional - North German - Familiar" was fortunately more than just an advertising phrase. Ms. Witte was always very friendly and obliging in contact and yet unobtrusive. Inquiries by mail or WhatsApp were answered promptly, the advice and the documents provided with the exposé were comprehensive and detailed, and the document folder handed over with the purchase was a successful "jump start". This was my fourth real estate purchase and by far the best broker support I had!

Even though it was not a real estate matter in Pinneberg and the surrounding area, but problems with the 2022 NRW property tax return, Ms. Witte was happy to contribute her knowledge to solve the problem (with a positive result). Such a thing cannot be valued highly enough, it is rare enough and shows whose brainchild it is who behaves in such a way. It only remains for me to state that Mrs. Witte deserves all confidence, concerning her expertise as well as her attitude.
