My first conversation regarding my property for sale at Immotactic took place directly with the managing director, Mr. Scheuba. Extremely competent and very friendly, I immediately felt that I was in good hands. It was important to me to receive an all-round service from a renowned company in this sector. It was impressive how quickly everything was done, the creation of the advertisement paired with a first-class video in 360 degree format. The description of the property was also extremely appealing and professional.
I was personally looked after by Ms. Lilli Büyükyonca, an incredibly dedicated, professional and very personable estate agent. All appointments took place on time, with preliminary and follow-up meetings. Ms. Büyükyonca has a great organizational talent and is always anxious to offer the best possible support to both the buyer and the seller.
The cooperation with her was exemplary, highly professional and we also laughed, because she is a likeable person.

As a former managing director of an international hotel company, I know what it means to offer your customers first-class service.

I can recommend Immotactics in Bad Kreuznach with its managing director Mr. Scheuba and Lilli Büyükyonca as customer advisor with a clear conscience, I would always want to work with this company again if necessary.

Excellent service - completely satisfied!

I recently bought an apartment through Immotactics and am more than satisfied with the entire process. I would particularly like to highlight Ms. Anna Maurer, who provided me with extremely professional, friendly and competent support throughout the entire purchase process.

Ms. Maurer was always available, answered all questions quickly and comprehensibly and created a lot of trust with her calm, reliable manner - which is extremely important, especially when buying a property. I felt that I was in very good hands at all times.

The Immotactics team as a whole also made an excellent impression: organized, transparent and customer-oriented. The entire process was structured and smooth - from the first viewing to handing over the keys.

I can recommend Ms. Maurer and Immotactics without reservation and am happy to give them 5 out of 5 stars!

Immotactics GmbH supported us with the sale of our house. The whole process went very quickly. As soon as contact was made, questions were answered very quickly and satisfactorily. We were able to contribute all our wishes and ideas right up to the publication of the exposé. The sale itself was then very anonymous. Unfortunately, information is very sparse here. Unfortunately, the whole process from the publication to interested parties and viewing appointments to the initial offers and the offer negotiations was very anonymous for us. We would have liked much more information and coordination here. Nevertheless, we are satisfied overall, even though the targeted sales price was missed by 19%. Based on our experience today, we would still recommend Immotactics GmbH, as we now know what we need to pay more attention to. Nevertheless, the Immotactics GmbH team is very approachable and customer-oriented.

My advisor, Jan Bollenbach, is simply great. I always felt that I was receiving excellent advice. His patience is unbeatable, because even after asking 39 times, Jan calmly started again to make me understand what was meant. He was always available for me. I was informed in good time if I was going to be absent and was given a colleague to contact during this time. I was always informed about every step at all times, but I didn't have to take it myself. Exactly how you would imagine it!
