With pro:accel, Mr. Burgey has developed a quick analysis for projects that are stumbling. The special feature is that all those involved, not just the project manager, give their assessment, creating a 360-degree view of the project. After all, it is not just the project manager who is needed for the project to succeed, but also the management and the customer.
The analysis of my project not only met our internal analysis results, but also revealed some blind spots, which were then discussed in more detail with Mr. Burgey and suitable countermeasures were developed. Rapid analysis, reliable identification of the real problems, appropriate measures - this enabled the project to be brought back on track.

Conclusion: A valuable solution for a quick analysis with the involvement and view of all parties involved - and then suitable measures with the expertise of Mr. Burgey.

Mr. Burgey took over responsibilities in a complex phase of the company and set priorities in a short time. This made it possible to design measures for future-oriented alignment, which were subsequently implemented consistently.

Especially in the establishment of scalable solutions, Mr. Burgey was able to contribute a high added value due to his many years of experience in the IT industry. Thanks to his very good comprehension skills, it was possible to develop solutions for complex issues, some of which form the basis of today's Tas business.

Also in personal contact Mr. Burgey was always professional with an honest and clear communication. Not least due to his calm and considered manner, he was able to have a calming effect on many situations and steer the proceedings in a productive direction.
