We inherited my dad's place in Biddeford last year and it needed more work than any of us wanted to deal with. Called around, and these guys actually came out and looked at it themselves instead of sending some random agent. No repairs, no cleaning it out first, just a straight offer. Made a stressful situation a lot simpler. Worked out good and everyone in the family was happy to get it done.

Not too much to say but just reliable and friendly people to business with. Wanted to move before the winter and they came in and bought the house. Super nice to work with also.

We had inherited my father’s house. There were 4 of us who were trying to decide on everything and we were just too busy with our kids and own lives. We sold the house just as it was, and did no clean out or anything. Ended up being such a relief-thanks so much for taking that huge problems off our plates.

These people really delivered for us when the timimg was super important. They let us pick a closing date and they stayed with that date until the end. Made moving so much easier!
