As a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d), customer lifecycle management is an essential part of your job. You are the most important point of contact for our large corporate partners, new and existing, and you are responsible for maintaining and developing these business relationships. You define and implement your own strategies for success with the goal of achieving the highest possible rate of customer satisfaction. You use fast and effective methods for customer onboarding. You will also support our customers to get the most out of their collaboration with ProvenExpert. You ensure the success of our pursued collaborative business ventures. Furthermore, you establish the conditions for our planned growth in the most important target sectors. Your duties also include a close work relationship with the teams in the sales, marketing, product development, and support departments.

Your profile

  • You are focused on your clients and have excellent communication skills.
  • You have completed your studies in business administration and/or a similar course of business studies.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years experience in account management
  • You have a strong online affinity (product-focused in customer communication, with regard to the marketing process internally or with clients, etc.)
  • You enjoy working with SaaS business models
  • You have reliable and well-documented experience in account management
  • You love working towards KPI-based goals
  • Strategic thinking, plan and action is part of your normal work routine
  • You enjoy networking and bringing the customers' wishes across to other teams like sales, marketing, product development, IT, and support
