As a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d), customer lifecycle management is an essential part of your job. You are the most important point of contact for our large corporate partners, new and existing, and you are responsible for maintaining and developing these business relationships. You define and implement your own strategies for success with the goal of achieving the highest possible rate of customer satisfaction. You use fast and effective methods for customer onboarding. You will also support our customers to get the most out of their collaboration with ProvenExpert. You ensure the success of our pursued collaborative business ventures. Furthermore, you establish the conditions for our planned growth in the most important target sectors. Your duties also include a close work relationship with the teams in the sales, marketing, product development, and support departments.
