I came to Julian with my limiting issue of perfectionism. During the coaching session, he harmonized different parts of my personality. It was not only a wonderful process, but also very sustainable. I looked at my family system under the guidance of Julian. I started without any expectations and was very impressed by what emerged. The topic of men has not been a big issue in my life so far, I was more likely to reject them although I have always wanted a steady partner at my side. Julian guided me professionally.
After the constellation, peace returned to my system and my femininity was given much more space again. I feel much "softer/womanlier". I am much more at peace with the subject of men and I also notice that I am much more open to meeting men.

I perceived the work with Julian (in my case an online family constellation) as very professional and felt well guided and accompanied at all times. It was exciting work with many insights. I would like to thank him very much for this experience and his valuable input.

The sessions with Julian took me on a journey into the past. I was already reflecting a lot, but it seemed that wanting was stronger than accepting, as I felt like I was just going round in circles and couldn't come to any conclusions. In the family constellation, we specifically addressed situations in my childhood in order to recognize unconscious patterns, reflect on them together and work on them. I also took the opportunity to talk to my parents and work through certain issues. In the 2 weeks after the sessions, a lot of work was done in my subconscious and had a lasting effect. I am always amazed at how much the subconscious can absorb, work independently in the background without really noticing it and then with targeted reflection and mindfulness, such as with meditation, can achieve and work through a lot. I felt like I was standing in my own way and treading water. Somehow I wasn't getting anywhere.
