I was looking for a lawyer for insolvency law from Thuringia and found RA Knopke in Jena.
My case Corporate insolvency § 15a InsO (material liability, insolvency delay, bankruptcy § 283 StGB, § 283b StGB)

My evaluation:

Smooth communication and competent advice in criminal law.
Thanks to Mr. Knopke, the proceedings were even resolved without a court hearing.
He convinced the public prosecutor's office in advance to discontinue the proceedings against conditions.
Given the facts of my insolvency case, this was not easy.
I expected a suspended sentence and much higher procedural costs.
At this point, thank you again.

Mr. Knopke had caught my attention through his already existing positive reviews on the Internet and I gladly drove to Jena to ask him personally about my legal matter. The contact was uncomplicated compared to other offices. The contact was very pleasant. Mr. Knopke advised me about the legal situation and drafted an idea of his approach and was successful with his strategy. The other side had to realize that they were not in the right. We were able to come to an out-of-court agreement. I felt confirmed in my opinion. A financial claim issued against me had to be dropped. I can also say that Mr. Knopke, the lawyer, has chosen to communicate openly and efficiently. Even during the days of my vacation abroad, he informed me about the status of the case.

Extremely dedicated, fast and transparent. The visit to the lawyer is one that you would actually like to avoid, but he manages to take away some of the excitement and still remain realistic. Without this professional help, it would probably have been a lot worse.
