Mr. Peter Schulz offered a valuation for the apartment. After reviewing the documents and inspecting the apartment, he provided a price estimate with corresponding explanations. We were able to follow this assessment well. As a result, we were able to sell the apartment promptly. We were very satisfied with the entire process (price in line with the market, preparation of the exposé, finding a buyer, confirmation of financing, preparation of the purchase contract). We recommend Peter Schulz.

My experience of selling a family home through Kensington Potsdam was extremely positive. Both Mr. Selvendran and Mr. Pienitz stood out for their professionalism, expertise and commitment. Communication was always quick and straightforward, even though I live abroad and could rarely be there myself.

The support throughout the buying process was impressive, going far beyond the service I would have expected from an estate agent. Thanks to Mr. Selvendran's help, I found the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. It was obvious that he truly cares about his clients' satisfaction.
