I did the further training to become an accounting specialist (IHK) and can only report positive things. I felt very well looked after, both personally and professionally, and for this reason I am now doing further training at wifa. I am grateful to be so well supported and encouraged here.

The lecturers are very competent.
The best lecturers, human, friendly... you don't just learn for exams or tests. You learn for the future. Praise to Ms. Fischer, Ms. Eckhardt, Mr. Franken and Mr. Wolf (Siegburg).
I wouldn't even rate the on-site coaching in Cologne with one star (*) A pure disappointment. I thought someone would be helped and not beaten up.

At the WiFa you feel cared for. You can learn independently, practice, etc., but also exchange with others and there is always someone on site who is happy to explain and help. I can only recommend.

Due to an accident at work, I was unfortunately no longer able to work in my profession, and was given the opportunity to retrain as a merchant in e-commerce at WIFA. To the outside world, this also made a very solvent impression, and I then also decided to join the WIFA Group.

Since I come from the machining industry and also own my own machines, my original plan was to possibly become self-employed. But since I had deficits in the commercial area, I decided for this profession. The main focus in this case was bookkeeping and accounting.

The initial euphoria faded after just a few weeks. Lecturers were a disaster, the framework curriculum was not adhered to, intrigues within the class, as well as with the lecturers. The composition of the class was an absolute disaster, as the educational levels here were so different that we sometimes had to do basic arithmetic in class. There was almost no trace of experience and knowledge from everyday working life.

To be fair, I have to say that the management always took care of any grievances, but it was much too late for our class. The lecturers who came in over time were really good. As well as the coaching for applications, for example. In the end, we went into the exams without ever having had commercial accounting or bookkeeping. And that as a businessman.

Summa Summarum, I successfully completed a retraining without having made up for my deficits. So, for me, it was a waste of time.

I cannot recommend WIFA to anyone who seriously wants to do a retraining or an apprenticeship. It is regularly mentioned that the internal structure is constantly being improved, which is also true to a small extent, but nevertheless it is money wasted.

The lecturers are very competent and always help patiently. Family atmosphere, if that is so in every company, that would be super . Can I , as inexperienced before the course and now successfully completed, only recommend.

I found the respectful, friendly and yet demanding/encouraging approach, which I often miss at my employer, particularly helpful. The references to values/added values in working life and alternatives in shaping it were very motivating. Thank you very much.

I've been at the Olpe location since January 2022 and am extremely satisfied! The instructors are more than top, the coach, Mr. Vedder, is totally motivating and has super tricks for applying. All employees are very friendly and actually find a solution for everything. I would definitely register again with Wifa in Olpe. Super satisfied!

It's been a few years since I did my retraining at WIFA in Siegen and I miss the time I spent there.
All the instructors were super nice and I felt comfortable there, especially thanks to Reimund Uchazius. He is really the best lecturer I have ever experienced in my life and for that I would like to thank you very much. Thank you for your effort, your commitment and your moral support!!!

Whether lecturers or technical staff, everyone has always been friendly. Even when I had personal problems. Thanks to Wifa Cologne, I now enjoy math. I also understand Excel and Word now. I would do further training there again at any time.

All in all, a successful advanced training.
Corona does not necessarily make it easier, but everyone tries their best.
I would like to emphasize Mrs. Böhm in particular, she is always ready to support, even when the training is already over. She is also very supportive in her contacts. Therefore, thanks again for the help with the new job.

I had a very good lecturer in Mr. Spohr. Professionally and personally outstanding, an absolute help especially in preparing for the exam. He really has an ear for everyone and takes care of each individual. The application coaching offered is also of outstanding quality and Mr. Leppla is also an excellent lecturer, both professionally and personally.

My experience has been consistently positive. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The site manager/lecturer is very cordial, always had an open ear for questions or suggestions and was always there to help. No question remains unanswered. You couldn't ask for a better lecturer. The online workshops are very informative and helpful. The concept is well thought out, topics/subject matter are easy to understand, or the topics are explained in an understandable way. This modular learning has many advantages, for me it is better than frontal teaching. The application coach is great, has great tips, great support with the application letters and in the preparation for the interviews. I would sign up here again anytime, have been able to take away a lot of positive things.

I have now completed 15 months of advanced training. I was able to renew, expand and learn my knowledge in Microsoft Office, accounting and payroll. I was able to work in a pleasant atmosphere, with modern work materials and dedicated instructors. In the end, I achieved an IHK degree and found a new job within a reasonable time. I can only say that WIFA has an effect - certainly also on the many who will come after me.

Competent, experienced, nice instructors in very pleasant friendly classrooms......da one gladly learns again!
My learning times were coordinated with me and the breaks were also as I wanted. This is how adult education should be! I can only recommend!!!!
