1) That the system is completely online and also all interfaces to the outside are served well (balances) or very well (everything else), I find super!
2) As a newbie, I had some questions. The prompt and knowledgeable answers from the expert were very helpful to me.
3) The videos are kept simple and informative. The blog functionality as well as the newsletter are both very neat and not over the top.

Easy to use, complete range of functions (especially complete SKR03 account framework in contrast to LexOffice where this is not the case), very fast, personal and friendly service.

My clear recommendation for anyone who is an accounting software for a UG or GmbH and would like to do the bookkeeping and accounting themselves. After a long research, I fortunately came across Kontolino! All other large providers such as lexoffice, sevDesk or sage advertise that they are also suitable for accounting legal forms and corporations, but in the small print you often notice that the preparation of a formatted balance sheet and P&L must be done in most cases by a tax advisor, because the software does not cover this. Kontolino, on the other hand, covers an unrivaled range of functions for self-bookers, from invoicing to the annual financial statement with e-balance sheet export function and interfaces to Elster, Spesenfuchs, etc., and thus enables companies subject to accounting requirements to handle accounting and the annual financial statement completely on their own. Furthermore, Mr. Tuchel and his team offer first-class and fast support. I am looking forward to the further development of Kontolino! and am completely satisfied with the cloud accounting software for my UG (haftungsbeschränkt)!

I have now completed my first balance sheet (as a UG). I had only two questions, which were answered very quickly (one even Sunday afternoon, was really amazed). The program itself is easy to use, everything that is needed is easily accessible after two clicks, the account balance, the balance sheet, etc. are displayed immediately without having to go into depths of menu structures.
One point I was a little apprehensive about at first was doing the accounting via the web. But that is the icing on the cake. It eliminates the need to keep the software up to date on both computers, which is a big advantage. Am really satisfied, and therefore make the effort to make a rating for a very good and mature product.

I've been looking for a long time and have now found because:
Outstanding, unparalleled, friendly & solution-oriented support (which is especially necessary for me when it comes to finances/accounting ;) ), open to suggestions that are also implemented if they can be scheduled and make sense. No overloaded hotlines with ignorant employees who have little idea about the product, but someone who knows exactly what he's talking about and who cares about customers and his product.

The outstanding advantages of Kontolino itself:
Automatisms in accounting, which are very important to me because I don't want to spend more time on accounting than necessary; appealing interface; quick familiarization possible because everything is clearly arranged; transparent help texts in the program explain the most important things even to beginners (and can be turned off once you've become a "pro").
Super also to be able to upload the account statements - ok, many can do that, but to be able to also forward the vouchers / invoices without problems via mail or to load with the upload function in the inbox, is not always offered in this price segment. This means that everything is in one place and quickly posted. The DATEV export for tax consulting is "of course" also possible.
I'm also a big fan of the posting pattern, which, once created, lets you process postings even more quickly; free trial.....so, now I'll stop... ;)

All in all, I definitely recommend it.

The support from Mr. Tuchel is unique.
In my case it was a very individual matter and the help was not self-evident.
Kontolino! has numerous supports that make accounting easier and the individual steps are explained precisely. I would especially like to emphasize the successful bank account import. This saves a lot of time and makes processing the data child's play.
I can recommend Kontolino! without exception.

Unreservedly recommendable! I was able to quickly complete my bookkeeping (over 2000 entries per year) without a huge amount of prior knowledge. I especially liked the booking assistant.

Very fast help with questions and problems.

I am very satisfied, because Kontolino does what it should and makes my bookkeeping easier. If there are any problems, they are solved quickly and personally.

All in all, a very well-rounded product that covers all features (digital receipts, audit-proof storage, almost all accounting transactions, interface to Elster, etc.), which is not the case with other products. At first I was skeptical, because it is a somewhat smaller, unknown provider, BUT: The support is phenomenal. Missing features or bugs are fixed within a few days, the response time is a few hours. I see room for improvement in a few small things: The performance of the website is sometimes a bit too slow, this could be improved. I sometimes lost track of some of the very useful and extremely varied tutorials, the "table of contents" could be better structured here.

Very user-friendly, no unnecessary complexity, and a really great customer service! I used to work with another accounting software, which was much problem... I am using Kontolino for 3 years, and I am totally satisfied since then.
