Herr Lauenstein, war von Anfang an, mit Herz und Seele dabei. Er half uns wo es nur ging, ob es bei der Suche der neuen Eigentumswohnung war oder der Nachmieter für unsere alte Mietwohnung. Dank ihm, hatten wir alles im Überblick und mussten keine unnötigen Mehraufwände durch verspätete Mietübergabe zahlen.
Die von ihm gefundene Nachmieterin wurde auch direkt von unserer damaligen Vermieterin akzeptiert und wohnt jetzt auch schon eine Weile dort. Er hat ein Händchen für die Belangen der Suchenden und eine Auge für die richtigen Nachmieter.
Wir würden ihn jederzeit weiterempfehlen und wieder in Anspruch nehmen.
Wir sind davon überzeuge, dass unsere Wahl, NICHT zu einem der großen Unternehmen zu gehen, zu 200% richtig war.
Denn tatsächlich unsere erste Anfrage ging an ein großes Maklerunternehmen, jedoch haben wir hier nichts bekommen, außer lästige Werbemails (bis heute :() und einen unpersönlichen Anruf mit einer noch unpersönlicheren Abfrage der gewünschten Leistungen und danach nie wieder was gehört.

Bei Herrn Lauenstein lief das anders, wir haben uns persönlich getroffen alles besprochen und blieben stets in einem intensiven Austausch über mögliche Objekte.

Vielen Dank Herr Lauenstein, Sie haben uns geholfen unser Zuhause zufinden.
