Last Friday, at Focus Leadership, led by Sonja Bödecker, the topic of "Talent Magnet" was about increasing the attractiveness of the participating companies for skilled workers. Each of the participating companies has a strong and therefore fundamentally attractive corporate culture, which was examined in detail. What I realized here is that we offer our employees a very special and unique workplace. A lot of emphasis was placed on the external assessment that other participants have of my company by looking at the www. The first Focus Leadership training was about the values compass. An insight into the values of the individual, the team and the organization is gained from various perspectives. With Sonja Bödecker's support, it is possible to identify and understand the values of the individual stakeholders. Sonja Bödecker provided me with valuable tools for the implementation of value-oriented leadership in everyday business.
Particularly in view of the prevailing shortage of skilled workers, I feel it is important for entrepreneurs to take the values of the different types of employees into account in their management.

For me, the training has meant that I have not only developed further in a professional context, but have grown much more as a whole person. This applies in particular to the areas of communication, organization and self-reflection.

Particularly exciting for me were the team dynamics within the group. For example, discussions stimulated by Sonja ensured that previously theoretically learned content was transferred to practical applications.

I can recommend the training to anyone who wants to develop themselves and their company/team. Sonja is not only extremely competent, but also motivated to support the coaching members whenever possible.

The leadership training with Sonja was a lot of fun over the entire period. The experiences, the approaches, the exchange with other managers or even with participants who repeat one or the other module cannot really be paid for with money. The very relaxed but intensive training days brought an "AHA" effect or also "You could do it like that" for me every time. There are many approaches that make you rethink your own working environment and procedures. I have implemented many things from day 1 after the training and my colleagues have also noticed the change in a positive way. The training with Sonja contributed a lot to this. Sonja was available throughout the entire period for questions, suggestions, telephone calls and also personal development meetings. I can only recommend the training with Sonja.

I was impressed by Sonja's leadership and quality and would recommend anyone who claims to be a leader in their profession to be trained there.

Basically, I always find it difficult to write a really very good review, because the credibility could suffer under this....aber, I can share from personal experience exclusively positive from these training sessions at the Leaders Academy in Münster by Ms. Sonja Bödecker. In the past, I have repeatedly been able to experience various leadership training sessions at different institutes, as personal development is very important to me. These leadership trainings were all good. However, I can only recommend without hesitation the leadership trainings of Ms. Sonja Bödecker, which I have already attended several times. This also includes the extraordinary and pleasant passion with which Ms. Sonja Bödecker conducts these trainings. Here I feel very well accepted from the beginning, personal concerns are always heard and it does not matter whether you are already a few years in the management level or whether you want to learn leadership skills. The special feature of the most diverse, complex leadership tasks and topics is, among other things, the entertaining nature. If you want to learn more about yourself and more about your leadership skills, you are in good hands with Ms. Sonja Bödecker.

I can only recommend this training by Ms. Bödecker. It doesn't matter if you have been in management for many years or if you are just starting out. You never stop learning and fresh impulses are always good to stay mindful. Ms. Bödecker works very practically and is very authentic.
