The law firm, i.e. Ms. Lewandowski, represented me out of court and in court in my lawsuit against a large insurance company that did not want to pay out the death benefit of an accident insurance policy after a death caused by an accident. The actual cause of death was disputed, the insurance company insisted that an accident was not the cause of death (slow cooling due to a fall and thus death). The law firm represented me excellently. Their pleadings led to the other side not appearing at the trial date, but giving up beforehand and accepting a default judgment. I can absolutely recommend this law firm when it comes to medical law.
