The workshop was engaging, based on our needs. It was perfect that we were in a small group. This made it easier to open up and say my opinion. She has covered a lot of work-related topics but themes that are also crucial in a woman's life. Personal coaching is a big plus. It focuses on one's needs. I am looking forward to our update session in autumn.

I was skeptical in advance whether the workshop would bring me anything, but I was very positively surprised. Lisa succeeded in creating a pleasant, constructive atmosphere both in the group and in individual discussions, in which people were happy to talk openly about fears, goals, but also personal strengths. Lisa had good examples from her personal career path on many topics and gave me useful tips for the next steps in my own career. Lisa is an absolutely empathetic discussion partner with whom you can reflect on your own life situation very well.

I participated in a career networking and training event, where Lisa held a workshop on career development. The workshop was interesting and well-structured. Lisa provided useful materials, gave examples from her own experience, practical tips for job applications. But what is most important, she managed to create a very proper mood during the workshop - open-minded, honest, constructive and motivating. You do not expect to find a solution for your personal situation on such events, of course. But this is a good opportunity to take a break from everyday routine and think about yourself and your life. And for that the right atmosphere is importnat. Tatiana

I got to know Dr. Steinhauser at a seminar in Berlin as a very authentic, friendly and absolutely professional person. She addressed our needs in great detail, motivated us very much and supported us in every way. No matter if it was about self-assessment, the revision of the application documents or strategic questions about job interviews... EVERYTHING was discussed in a super nice and yet professional way. After the seminar (and even now) I was very motivated and got very helpful input that I will now implement. I would come back to Dr. Steinhauser at any time.

Lisa Steinhauser has a sincere interest in positive personal development
and takes coaching and concerns very seriously.

She takes a very individual approach to situations and her wealth of experience
makes it easy to discuss even difficult situations. One quickly gains trust
and does not encounter the usual coaching phrases. Her concrete tips to master certain
situations, I have found to be extremely helpful.

Lisa gave me great advice. I was very nervous when I showed up for the appointment, but she picked me up very well with her friendly and open-minded manner and created a very pleasant atmosphere. We talked about my current work situation and my desire to change jobs. Lisa gave me very helpful tips on the application documents and on how to deal with difficult situations. I can highly recommend Lisa.

Lisa was also able to respond excellently to all individual situations in a very heterogeneous group. Her methods and advice help to master the difficulties in everyday scientific life and in dealing with colleagues and superiors with a new quality. I found the informal atmosphere particularly nice, incidentally also the music during the breaks. This was very different from my previous workshops in similar areas. The fact that there were no handouts or frontal presentations was refreshingly different, but also made a lot of things stick. I love Lisa's spontaneous nature and her ability to see through each person. A worthwhile experience!
