The encounters with Mahdi have shaken some of my beliefs and patterns in a very short time, in a positive sense. I am now in the process of rebuilding them so that I can break new ground.

With precise observation and a few targeted impulses, Mahdi has the ability to lead me to where the real work begins, namely behind what I initially thought was the apparent problem.

Working with him is far more than just a "nice conversation", it is a discussion at eye level: open, honest, respectful, sometimes uncomfortable. In any case with a lot of depth.

Mahdi holds a mirror up to you so that you recognize yourself, but without judgment and with impact.

What I took away with me:
* I am not bound for life to what was once familiar to me. Even "forever" can change. Farewell little prince!
* "I have no time" is an illusion. If something is really important to me, I will find it.
* Freedom or security? Both have their price, and I want to choose it more consciously.
* Saying "no" means saying "yes" to myself.
* And sometimes it also requires a clear "No more."

Quite a lot of material - enough to train and reflect on for a while.

they create spectacular lInitial ignitions,
you get carried away, but you overestimate yourself in the
time together, want too much and,
alone again, you fall back into the old pattern,
the pudding has only shaken once. This is
wanted, the follow-up order is therefore
certain.

Meaning:
Only a few, about 1/4 in my experience,
go a different way like Mahdi: Piece by piece

promises, to replace your destructive

The coaching has helped me to make significant progress with my issues. I found the combination of physical/athletic exercises and conversations particularly effective. It showed me that Mahdi really can draw on a very wide range of different coaching tools and that made it very exciting for me.
The regular assignments I was given between coaching sessions gave me the opportunities to listen even deeper into myself and showed me new ways of doing things.
Overall, it has allowed me to significantly improve my communication and my own reactions in my professional life and also in my private life.
Many thanks for this! I will be happy to come again.

During the whole event there was a very friendly, trusting, uncomplicated, cheerful atmosphere, so that I felt well received the whole time. All questions were answered. The practical part was a lot of fun and there was a lot of laughter. The course showed me that it is not enough to get rid of the perpetrator, but that it is just as important to render the perpetrator harmless as well, i.e. if it is necessary, to use force oneself to defend oneself. I also found very useful the tips on how to recognize potential victims. With the hope of never getting into such a dangerous situation, I have to say that I can definitely handle this situation better now after this course than before this course. Now if our company would offer more refresher courses at constant intervals, I would always be there to internalize what I learned. I had the course two days ago and have raved about it to everyone. I would take the course again and am happy to recommend Mr. Mahdi Shubbar.
