As a coach and instructor, Markus excels at teaching both the fundamentals and the finer points of options trading in a practical, clear, and easy-to-understand way. I’ve known Markus since the fall of 2024, when I participated in three mentoring sessions with him on options. In 2025, I got to know him better as an instructor in an options program.

Markus gets straight to the point and conveys a great deal of information without digressing. His material is very focused. I enjoy listening to it multiple times. He doesn’t sugarcoat things but gives his honest and experienced assessment.

I enjoyed checking out his new program, “Operating System” from 2026. I thought I could now consider myself a somewhat experienced options trader. Unfortunately, Markus hit a nerve and forced me to improve. Inspired by Markus, I’ve developed a new checklist for opening trades to help me avoid potential bad trades that can wipe out many successful ones.

Markus’s approach focuses on the completely understandable—yet not obvious—difference between knowledge and actual implementation. Many traders know a lot. However, they don’t apply that knowledge efficiently. I revisited many training courses a year later and was shocked at how little of what I’d learned I’d actually put into practice. Markus’ “operating system” is a clear inspiration for turning what you’ve learned into action—something that, unfortunately, many people truly fail at.

As Michael Voigt says, many traders try out a wide range of strategies haphazardly and unsuccessfully before consistently implementing a limited number of strategies.

For me, the added value was clearly in the structure: Trading is not presented as a collection of individual strategies, but as a continuous process—from market analysis to the underlying asset to order execution. I found the clear distinction between screener hits, candidates, and actual orders particularly useful. With the short put, I liked that the company’s financial health is assessed first, followed by the strike price and premium. The presentation and visualization were well thought out and easy to follow.

I met Markus through a coaching session and am really impressed. Our discussions were great—finally, someone who could answer my questions objectively, clearly, and to the point. At first, I was skeptical that the topic of options might be a bit too advanced or too theoretical for me. That concern turned out to be unfounded.
The explanations are structured in a completely logical way, presented in a very calm manner, and even with dry topics like pricing or market mechanisms, you never lose track of what’s being discussed.
You can just tell that this is someone who has been trading these strategies himself on a daily basis for years.
Absolutely reputable and worth every penny.

Markus explains the course calmly and with a lot of expertise.
