I have not yet had to make use of the customer service. Apart from that, there was nothing to criticize about the advice, execution and quality. It was a pleasure to watch the workers at work and the building site was left so clean that you could move back into the rooms straight away. I have never experienced this before with any other window company. The only downside was that the installation date was postponed several times and, as it was a commercial building, it fell during the Christmas period.

We had a front door installed after we were convinced of the quality of the products on site. The installation took place on the agreed date, the employees did such a great job that neighbors asked us directly for their contact details. We recommend M&B without reservation

Very good, competent advice. The offer items were clarified in detail and coordinated according to our wishes. The old windows plus doors were removed and newly installed in 4 rooms on 2 floors. There were very large floor-to-ceiling windows in 2 rooms. The appointments with the installation crew worked really well. The employees are very friendly and the procedure and all work steps were clarified with us, taking our concerns into account. The installation team covered the room areas generously after prior cleaning and carried out all the installation work very cleanly and precisely. A final clean was also carried out after installation. I would therefore not hesitate to use this company again due to their excellent performance.

Professional and clean execution of all work relating to window removal and installation

We ordered our windows with roller shutters and front door from Maximilian & Benedikt GmbH and can highly recommend Maximilian & Benedikt GmbH. We spent a long time looking for a company that could do all the work and at a good price. We had to make a breakthrough for a balcony door, which many suppliers were unwilling to do. That's why our search went beyond the city limits.
The fitters did a very clean and tidy job.
The floor was covered with painter's tile and furniture was covered. It rained on one day, so they even put covers over their shoes. Exemplary.
Everything was also plastered after installation. If we had wanted, they would have connected the roller blind motors for us (many people want you to hire your own electrician), but we were able to do that ourselves.
At the end, the windows and the door were even cleaned again and the floor was cleaned.
An adjustment to the front door and a malfunction on a roller blind were also rectified within a few days.

Everything worked as discussed. Even though we only had telephone contact. All orders were carried out on time and as agreed. It's great that there are still companies out there that you can recommend with a clear conscience.
