The different jpeg formats should be separated, and why can't you name each image with the corresponding folder, e.g. Thailand1.jpeg ff. that would certainly not be a hassle

Negatives to be scanned were delivered personally. Very competent support was provided in the preparation of the order. The specified time frames were adhered to. The status was reported in between. Negatives were returned as they were brought. I am very satisfied.

We got married 50 years ago and 27 slides were taken in 60 * 60 mm format.
The slides were very good.
The paper prints were disappointing and unusable.
Now MEDIADIG has digitized the pictures (slides), the quality of the scans is excellent and the colors are excellent, I am also very satisfied with the processing of the order.

I was looking for a digitizer for 1800 slides and 3:40h Super8 films that was available to me in the Stuttgart area (worried about shipping problems with the usual service providers), charged moderate prices and offered flexible options when placing the order. With Mediadig I have found the right one. Friendly, competent, professional, reliable, good digitization quality, prompt processing, simple and clear handling. Another positive point: open to feedback. This makes digitizing fun!

In addition to the good quality of the digitization, I like the very friendly and proactive telephone customer service, which is exemplary in my opinion. The automated communication is also very good, you are kept up to date on all status changes to the order.
No rigid professionalism, as is the case with many others, but a real customer focus.
