If you're looking for a coach who actually gets it, Micha is your guy. I went to him feeling pretty burnt out and stuck in those high-pressure work cycles. What I loved is that we didn't just stay on the surface. We did the real work on my nervous system and those old patterns that keep us stressed.
Micha has this way of making you feel completely safe while helping you see and feel things differently. I feel like I’ve moved from just 'surviving' my schedule to actually feeling in control again. It’s not just talk; it’s a total shift in how I show up every day. Honestly, I can't recommend him enough for anyone looking to find some real headspace.

Friendship with the nervous system.
I have attended several coaching events on various topics, including the subject of closeness, distance and the nervous system.
However, this was the best seminar so far. Micha Madhava created a wonderful, safe space in which it was possible to discover, open up and communicate.
The event still resonates, it was a positive experience that we so desperately need when the nervous system is imbalanced.

I took part in the day seminar " Friendship with the Nervous System " after following Micha Madhava's work on Facebook for some time, internalizing it and allowing it to have an effect on me.
I also took advantage of a sensitive consultation via video call with good results.
Then I read about his offer for a one-day workshop, and although I live 700 km away from the venue, I knew as soon as this workshop was announced that I wanted to take part!

I have taken part in a number of seminars in the course of my life.

Madhava works very mindfully, sensitively, the whole structure of the workshop was very " round" from start to finish.
He incorporated various aspects that appealed to all my senses. From the profound fantasy journey/meditation at the beginning, accompanied by soft music, to some bodywork and conscious breathing, a great theoretical part with a handout and an encounter exercise that had it all...
In between, not to forget my beloved dancing after the lunch break (with really nice music!), to then come to the said exercise.
In a subsequent sharing in a small group of 3, the focus was on authentic communication, the perception of the other 2. This was also a very effective exercise for me, and noticeably so for the others.
In the final round, there was the opportunity to ask questions, which was the ultimate "aha" experience for me, something that I had been waiting for in this form for almost 31 years!
With his knowledge and wealth of experience, Madhava hit exactly the point in my concerns that I was missing...

I also really liked the seminar house, the Hof39 in Stegaurach/Bamberg!

Thanks to the coaching, I have made significant progress in my personal development. Clearly structured approaches, valuable impulses and an understanding of my patterns have helped me to pursue my goals and issues more consciously and overcome blockages. As a result, I have gained much better access to my emotions and can clearly perceive what feels right or wrong for me. Also no problem online and super helpful!

To be honest, when I heard about 'understanding the nervous system', it sounded like theory and nonsense to me. I just wanted less stress and not another concept in my head. During the sessions with Madhava, I realized how practical it is: he explains calmly and clearly why my body shuts down, shuts up or swerves at certain moments - and that this is not a weakness of character, but a protective program.

Over the course of the coaching package, we looked at my typical triggers step by step. I learned to notice the first signals (breath, tension, tempo) and to incorporate small interruptions before I slip into old patterns. This feels real in everyday life: I tend to stick to myself in conversations, I react less impulsively in meetings and I no longer immediately withdraw at home.

What makes the difference for me is that these are simple, doable steps - nothing esoteric, no pressure to be perfect. I now know what's going on inside me and can better control how close I go or what boundaries I set. The bottom line is that my everyday life has become more relaxed and clearer. My initial skepticism has turned into a real aha effect.

With Madhava, I immediately found security and stability in difficult moments. His trauma-sensitive support opened up a protected space for me in which I felt safe, seen and strengthened. I particularly appreciate the fact that he showed me options and offered solutions rather than prescribing them, so I always had the freedom to decide for myself. I am deeply grateful for this special support and can wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

I gained clarity and understanding for myself, the situation and the people involved.

I would turn to him for personal support at any time. I find him very contemporary and well-founded.

I was surprised how quickly Micha Madhava was able to build up a trusting relationship that allowed me to talk about very personal things. Micha was a great help to me at the beginning of a challenging time for me. On sick leave with burnout and depression, I felt vulnerable and unstable.
