The 3D scanning technology with Matterport does not replace the real inspection, but it helps a lot to inspect the property in a 4K resolution at any time before or after the actual inspection with craftsmen or relatives. A manual measurement of the walls and room heights is also possible. Prospective buyers who visit are very pre-qualified. Thank you for the great review.

The entire real estate transaction was handled in a highly professional manner and with an open and absolutely constructive communication that lasted throughout the entire period and which, in my opinion, cannot be taken for granted.
I was and am highly satisfied with the entire process, starting from the first phone call to the notarial signing of the contract and beyond.
Normally I also express quite constructive criticism, but in this case there is simply nothing to complain about.
For me clearly a very first recommendation in the mediation of real estate transactions!
