Simply WOW! Not only one of the simplest and most powerful meditations I have learned, but the whole training! I felt at ease from the first minute and was always amazed at how incredibly sensitive both Belinda was in the written exchange and Elija in the mediation. I now know myself, I know mindfulness and I am finally applying it. Thank you so much for this "initiation"!

In addition to the various meditation and mindfulness practices, it was the absolute safe space, in which everything was allowed to be, that brought out one's own essence and made it blossom. In addition, there was the wonderful support of the group, which resulted in very special connections. This showed me once again how it is not the amount of time spent that determines the quality of a relationship, but how open our hearts are in the encounter.

The training has cleared my inner fog and allows me to see my individual path and walk it with courage, confidence and calm. I see myself as the miracle that I am and I see every miracle and all the magic that surrounds me. The gift of being here and being able to have this experience fills me with gratitude.

A journey to myself ... there is hardly any other way to describe it. I am so happy to have made this journey for myself. Absolute recommendation

I started the online training in 2024 without knowing where it would take me. First and foremost, I wanted to do something for myself again after I had somehow really lost myself over the past 5 years and meditation had been helping me to overcome difficult phases for a long time.
Training to become a meditation & mindfulness trainer opened up new perspectives for me once again.

The modules are sensible and clearly structured. Between the modules, it is advisable to keep up your daily mindfulness & meditation practice. My fellow meditators were just as enriching as the exchange with Wolfgang Elija and Belinda. The bond that developed during this year still has an effect today and I am still in regular & enriching exchange with some of them.

After this training, I feel professionally, but above all personally, strengthened and inspired to pass on mindfulness and meditation responsibly. A heartfelt recommendation for anyone who wants to develop along this path - both professionally and personally.

Training with HEART! And I was allowed to be part of this extraordinary, enriching, insightful journey. A journey to myself, to my inner self, to what is inside me. Through all the wonderful treasures that I was able to experience and recognize during the modules, I rediscovered myself. I can wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful academy. For me, this is no longer an academy, it goes far beyond an academy. It's a life's work. Belinda and Wolfgang have put their heart and soul into it and you can feel that in every module. They don't just teach us, they live what they show us or remind us of. They grabbed me once and turned me upside down. I got so much love and peace in myself and in so many topics. They showed me to look even more. In the beginning, when I started meditating, I only scratched the surface, but with Wolfgang and Belinda I went into the depths. Where nobody likes to look. To all this archaeological garbage, to where the healing is. My life took on a different meaning. I am deeply grateful to Wolfgang and Belina. Every cent was worth it. I have made many decisions in my life, but this decision to go this way with Belinda and Wolfgang was one of the best decisions I could have made in my life. I have taken so many lessons from this training into my life. From mindfulness towards myself and my fellow human beings to trust. "Life does not respond to control, but to trust". My satisfaction and quality of life have improved enormously through conscious awareness, meditation, sometimes yoga, and clarity. Doing this training was one of my best and truest decisions. It brought me so much closer to myself that I am still amazed. I didn't even want to become a mindfulness trainer :D It was simply a deep impulse that has given me so much in retrospect: deep insights, a new perspective on myself and the world, a deep feeling and clear awareness of connectedness - and so much more. There are so many days that I spend in great joy, love and gratitude. So many moments full of laughter and happiness. I would do the training again and again. The structure is clear and always in-depth. The meditations are touching, stirring and moving. The guidance of Wolfgang Elija and Belinda is full of heart, attentiveness and honesty. All together a high quality, profound and so very advanced training, which I am happy to recommend!

It wasn't just a 'normal' training for me, it was a wonderful journey with really great people that took me a step further towards myself. For me, training as a meditation and mindfulness trainer is a process in which I can observe more and more personal development from module to module. I have learned a lot of new things so far. The techniques presented are very diverse and can be perfectly integrated into everyday life. I already felt more relaxed after the first module. I can only recommend the online training because the exchange within the group is very warm and open and you feel very well looked after and understood from the very first moment. Wolfgang has incredible knowledge and imparts it in a practice-oriented way with a lot of empathy and warmth.
