Before working with Mirko, we had the following situation: We had been considering implementing an email marketing concept for a long time, and we had already started one or two projects. We knew we had to implement it for our customer communication. But most of the time we didn't have the time and the experience to set up a holistic automation.
By "holistic" I mean taking into account the many small adjustments, technical and content-related, that are necessary to professionally and meaningfully build up a sequence of emails so that they are well received by B2B customers.
It's one thing to know how to operate email marketing software fundamentally. It's a completely different thing to decide what is the most effective and fastest way to implement it for your current use case. I have to add that I am very tech savvy and have a lot of knowledge about digital marketing and sales. And yet, it was extremely valuable to have an expert like Mirko by my side who could.

3. takes the time to respond 1-to-1 to questions and correction loops.
The latter in particular should not be underestimated, because it is only during implementation that the gaps and queries arise, which then have to be answered and filled. And that's where personal exchange is invaluable.
Mirko already showed during his external company presentation that he tackles important and professional projects and brings them to completion. (You can see that in the quality of his websites and offers).
There are a lot of phonies and vendors out there who want to scrape up clients quickly and cheaply.
With Mirko I noticed from the beginning that he wants to deliver real added value and does so and responds to us as customers.
Without him, we probably would have delayed our email marketing for another few months and foregone the benefits of constant communication to existing and new customers. And that even though we KNEW we needed it, we didn't do it before.
Now we have the foundation in place to deliver meaningful messaging to many segments of our target audience.
The beauty of it is that when you do a first small project, you get a lot of ideas for other projects that you wouldn't have had before, because you don't know what was possible. And email marketing is far from all we have discussed with Mirko so far.
