I have been looking into the topic of service agreements for insurance brokers for some time, but never knew exactly how to approach the topic and what to consider. Thanks to a tip from a colleague, I found out about Peter's Mission Service Infowebinar, which explains the principles of a service concept, testimonials and his service. After the webinar, I booked a free initial consultation with Peter to discuss any open questions from the webinar and a possible collaboration. I immediately realized that the chemistry between us was right and that this was exactly what I had been looking for all along. Professional and expert support for creating my own service concept. I started working with them about a year ago in October 2024. The service concept was ready in January 2025 and the first customer meetings took place in March 2025. Customer feedback has been consistently positive so far. The online academy, in which the content of the service concept is developed in conjunction with 1:1 support from Peter, is very well structured, clearly understandable and the modules build on each other logically and thematically. Communication with Peter is flawless. If you have questions outside the agreed 1:1 appointments after the respective modules, he is always available at short notice by e-mail or online appointment. He himself always puts his heart and soul into the topic of service for his customers, i.e. us as insurance brokers. The concept creation really went according to my expectations. But what I find even more valuable than the support up to the completion of the service concept is the support afterwards and, above all, the resulting community that Peter has created and filled with life. I recently attended an event organized by Peter for the community, where more than 50 brokers from all over Germany met. The exchange of experiences and the insights gained were extremely helpful for me. Simply creating the concept is not enough. Many procedures, processes, new tools, cooperation partners etc. have to be implemented, coordinated and constantly developed. In my experience from my first year with Mission Service, this is an ongoing process. That's why I can only recommend anyone who decides to work with Mission Service and create a service concept to remain part of the community and the Mission Service family afterwards. The added value is enormous. An important note for those who may think that you buy the concept once and then it runs by itself, this is not the case. You have to play an active role in shaping the concept and be convinced of it yourself. For those insurance brokers who are prepared to invest money, time and passion, I therefore clearly recommend working with Mission Service and Peter Süßengut.
Even if it has nothing directly to do with the service itself, I would like to end this review with a personal word to Peter: Dear Peter, thank you very much for your support and the cooperation so far. This is characterized by respect, appreciation and reliability, all things that are at the top of my personal values compass and are unfortunately not so common in the business world or in society in general these days. You have really created real added value here, not only for us as insurance brokers, but also or above all for their customers. You can be very proud of this and I am grateful to be part of it. Best regards Felix
