She has guided me through more than just one hurdle. Through her singing and her tenacity, even I—a woman who is completely tone-deaf—felt right at home by her side. I’ve even come to enjoy making sounds!

Mona has once again shown me, in a new way, how we can journey through spiritual realms using our voices. The voice has been at the center of my own work for many years, and yet with Mona, I’ve experienced a wonderful deepening and expansion of that work.

Through the voice, we can reconnect with deeper, more subtle levels of our being—and bring some of that home within us, into our lives. We come home through the voice. Through Mona, I’ve gained an even deeper understanding of how we can entrust ourselves to the voice as a “companion,” how it carries us into these realms, and how we can turn toward this dimension with intention, openness, and devotion.

I find Mona’s warmth and her at the same time very grounded presence particularly soothing. She opens and holds these subtle spaces in a natural, loving way that makes me feel safe and free to let myself go.

I am very grateful for these experiences and for the way they continue to resonate within me.

I’ve attended one-on-one sessions with Mona Al Gaia as well as several group events, both online and in person, and time and again I’m absolutely thrilled and deeply moved by her incredibly powerful, profound, and transformative work. Mona creates spaces where my body and nervous system feel 100% safe. It’s as if a natural flow is set in motion, bringing about deep transformation. Mona’s sessions continue to resonate with me long after they’re over. I feel how, through Mona’s work, more and more lightness, vitality, and strength are being released in both my professional and personal life. Although I’m not usually a fan of online sessions, I’m constantly surprised and delighted that they achieve the same profound results I’ve experienced in her in-person sessions. With Mona’s guidance, naturalness, and intuitive accompaniment on her African ngoni, I found it easy to intuitively express my own sounds and noises during the voice constellation. It was surprising and amazing. I feel more connected to myself; since then, I’ve found it much easier to use my voice in everyday life, I listen more to my heart, and I feel things more intensely. What’s particularly special for me is that I’m now able to voice things more often that I used to hold back. I’m beginning to understand what voice empowerment means—and that after just two sessions via Zoom. It was also enchanting to feel as though this were a gift to myself. I highly recommend it.

Mona gave me a truly beautiful and very sensitive musical tooth reading last week.
Through contact with my soul, with the helpers and with the dental beings and ancestors, she gave me a much deeper understanding of the situation. She gave me lots of suggestions and groundbreaking help for what was not an easy situation and she also opened up the space for faith and trust in my own strength and true healing possibilities.
In my experience she works clearly, cleanly and concentrated with a magical voice and a remarkably loving and devoted nature. That was very nice, thank you very much, dear Mona :-)
(this is my first evaluation, it is not easy for me. After all, the performance and appreciation of a person can be described and is much more important than something like "Stiftung Warentest" :-)

Mona always picks me up exactly where I am, no matter what I book with her. She is very caring, attentive and generous.
