I had three questions (alcohol, points and a criminal offense). The preparation at MPU-Expertin was so clear, logical and individual that everything suddenly fell into place. No empty promises, no mass courses, but real expertise. Every question was discussed and I definitely learned a lot for my life. My drug MPU was the lowest point in my entire life and at the same time the turning point. Natascha helped me with her INSTEP-A method to understand WHY I ended up there in the first place. I was really afraid of the MPU for months. Thanks to the online preparation with MPU-Expertin, I lost this fear. I suddenly knew exactly what the assessor wanted to hear. I wanted a reputable and recognized MPU preparation with a qualified psychologist, without any dubious groups of 50 people. I combined the online course (i.e. the MPU success class) from MPU-Expertin with a few individual sessions. It was the perfect mix. Everything is explained clearly, the psychological exercises are practical and the examples from the expert's perspective are extremely helpful. Compared to other group MPU preparation sessions, we were a small group and all our questions were answered. Result: MPU passed on the first attempt. Best online MPU preparation in Germany. I can really recommend it with a clear conscience.

It was complicated for me: Alcohol + points, so several questions. I thought it would be impossible. But Natascha guided me step by step. She was absolutely competent and empathetic. And she answered every question at any time, even at the weekend. Thanks to her experience as a previous MPU assessor, she knew exactly what was important. I passed the MPU at the first attempt. I had 17 points and was totally panicked about the points-based MPU. You always hear that it's particularly difficult and that you always fail the first time. The online MPU preparation from MPU-Expertin was my game changer. The self-reflection and honest feedback in particular were worth their weight in gold. I was so afraid of my alcohol MPU, but the online preparation with MPU-Expertin gave me confidence right from the start. Natascha is a former MPU assessor and explains everything so clearly that you can finally see through it. I had previously dealt with countless MPU preparation providers and Ms. Natascha Schlienz is one of the few true experts in this field. I had to go to the MPU because I had too many points and at first I thought I would be fine. But the more information I gathered, the more my uncertainty grew. Fortunately, I came across Natascha Schlienz. Her psychologically sound MPU preparation was mega and opened my eyes. I would never have come up with the points that we worked out in our sessions on my own. I actually passed my MPU the first time and can recommend anyone who has to take an MPU to go to MPU-Expertin! I never thought that I would have to take an MPU because of drugs and criminal offenses. I was hugely ashamed and I had absolutely no idea how I was going to manage it. It was only with Natascha Schlienz - the MPU expert - that I understood that it was not just about giving the right answers, but about honestly recognizing why I had acted the way I did. Her psychologically sound MPU preparation helped me a lot to reflect on my behavior. As a former MPU assessor, she explained this very clearly and calmly and was always at my side for all my 1009 questions. Now I have received my positive MPU report and that directly the first time, although everything had been said, you always fail the first time...I can recommend Natascha Schlienz to anyone who has to do an MPU because of drugs and criminal offenses or other complicated cases. An absolute recommendation.

I had to undergo another MPU because of alcohol and was totally terrified of it. With Natascha Schlienz, the MPU expert, I finally really understood what it was all about for me personally. After being completely confused by the internet, YouTube videos etc., I definitely found the right MPU preparation with MPU-Expertin. In the premium small group program, everything was explained step by step and we were prepared very intensively and professionally for the MPU. I passed the MPU the first time - thanks to MPU expert Natascha Schlienz! Her psychologically sound MPU preparation is not a standard course, but real personality work. As a former MPU assessor, she explains how assessors really think. I felt safe, understood and well prepared. She was always approachable and answered all my questions very quickly.
