We rented the villa for 3 weeks and were not disappointed. The house is very clean and perfectly equipped. The location is very quiet, right on the canal with a large boat dock . There are shopping facilities nearby. Our daughter especially liked the pool and the whirlpool, which is incredibly easy to use.

This year was my first experience renting, and myself and guests were very pleased with the home. I travel to Cape Coral every year to see my family. I lived in Fl for 15yrs before moving. Going home to visit is important to me. The place is located in a great and quiet neighborhood. The price was great and we stayed for 11 days. My family and I are wanting to make this a yearly tradition. The pictures and offers listed are very accurate. We had a great and relaxing time this year.

The property was beautiful, I enjoyed a great vacation. Some issues after rental that I wasn’t aware before hand that caused much confusion. So many things aren’t in the property description and only find out after paying for rental. I went through Home to Go.

We stayed at Villa Belle Paradise booked through My-Dream-Vacation-Florida for a month this year and last year and the year before. Brigitte the property manager was so pleasant and excellent to deal with. The house is perfect for 6 people. It has a large lanai with comfortable lounges around the screened in pool plus a patio table and 6 chairs for eating on the patio. The canal behind the house is good for fishing and watching for wildlife. The house has lots of room and gorgeous views from the lanai. My husband and I booked for a month and our daughter and son-in-law and our two granddaughters came to stay with us for 2 weeks.
We had just the best family vacation and made many good memories. I would highly recommend Villa Belle Paradise as a great place to stay at.

Very friendly. Prompt courteous service. Villa Blue Marlin is well maintained. Enjoyed time by the pool. Conveniently located with restaurants, groceries and MLB Spring Training facilities nearby. Quiet cul de sac.

We had a beautiful spring break vacation at Villa Phoenix! It was such a pleasant place to soak up the warm Florida sunshine! Villa Altaria was in the perfect location. Close to downtown Naples and beaches. The villa was spacious and well appointed. The property manager was responsive. We enjoyed breakfast daily in the beautiful pool/lanai area. Can’t wait to go back

Recommendation
We love staying at the Villa Su Casa. The rental is perfect for us. The house is always very clean at check-in.
It's located in a great part of Cape Coral. Publix grocery store is 5 minutes away.
The kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are comfortable. The pool in the large Lanai is our favorite.
The Hosts (Tarek and Brigitte) are 'very responsive' when we need something.
We like to go downtown Cape Coral so we Uber or Lyft to the several restaurants and bars. You can walk to many places.
We are looking forward to next year!!

The house location is very good. Quiet street, busy canal for boats and watching people. The house is well equipped with about everything you need for your stay. It is located close to most shopping that you need. The property's manager Brigitte takes very good care of you. Just a phone call away. The house interior is slightly dated but very comfortable.
This house Villa Belle Paradise in Cape Coral is a good place to stay.

The property was extremely well maintained and managed including excellent information about the property and local area which was very useful.
Check in and check out was smooth and easy and the property manager was flexible to our needs.
We appreciated the privacy afforded by the property manager being available to us but not interfering with our vacation.
Villa Timeout is a great place to stay as it's in a quiet neighbourhood but central to access Cape Coral's shops and restaurants plus has easy access to the wider Fort Myers area.
This villa has everything you need for a short or longer stay, we stayed for 29 nights in December 2024. We had no problems at all during our stay. All furniture and home goods are in excellent condition, with a special mention to the comfort of the master bed and leather sofas in the great room.
The pool was heated for us to enjoy even on cooler days and we also enjoyed the peaceful surroundings of the canal. There was a good supply of towels.
We would recommend Villa Timeout and hope to return soon.

We have been renting vacation homes from Dream Vacation Florida for many years. Our communication with Brigitte has always been great. Every house has been spotless, and we will come back for many years to come.
This season we rented Villa Miami. Very quiet here. Easy access to places to eat and shop.

Family of 4 enjoyed the house and location, easy boating access to Caloosahatchee river and the gulf, would rent this location again. If you are renting, ask them to turn pool heater on before you get there, it took 3 days to heat the pool up. We used the hot tub everyday and it was great.

We just wrapped up our annual Christmas in Florida vacation and everything was spectacular! The house was wonderful- comfortable, clean and incredibly well stocked. We’ve stayed at several AirBnb’s and the kitchen in this home was very well equipped- everything that we needed was right there for us. Brigette was quick to respond to any of our questions and needs. Her recommendation to visit Farmer Joe’s, a local grocery store was awesome! About half way through our stay we noticed that the pool pump wasn’t running until 1 pm. Brigitte had the pool company out in less than 20 mins to take a look - all it needed was a quick reset. As we make our long journey back to Wisconsin, we’re missing the beautiful pool with gorgeous evening sunsets. Looking forward to our 2025 trip & renting with Brigette again :)
