Ich hatte ein erstes Potenzialgespräch mit Nils und konnte schon vom ersten Termin einiges mitnehmen und umsetzen. Ich mag die Herangehensweise sehr gerne.
Kompetent und mit umfangreichen Wissen ausgestattet. Hier gibt es Erfahrungen, Tipps und praktische Vorgaben zur Umsetzung für alle eigenen Zielsetzungen. Nils ist fachlich und menschlich die perfekte Wahl.
Nils ist ein Trainer der Wert auf lebensnahe Bewegungsabläufe legt. Die Freude an Bewegung und Gesundheit ist das was ihn ausmacht ebenso das Bedürfnis sich weiter zu bilden. Mir hilft dies in meinem Training unglaublich weiter. Bei der Erreichung meiner Ziele bin ich dankbar über das Wissen welches Nils mit mir teilt, über die Möglichkeiten mein Training zu verbessern, neu zu gestalten. Gesunde Gedanken, positive Verknüpfung der Nervenbahnen und Freude an dem was man tut zählen hierbei zu wichtigen Punkten.
