Working with Nina helped me so much: Through working with Nina I managed to get a deep understanding of my emotions, my coping mechanisms, my anxieties, my triggers and how to challenge past beliefs and establish healthy habits. With Nina's help I managed to navigate the biggest crisis in my life so far, confront my biggest fears and start healing. Since 2022, I have had several conversations with Nina in which she has accompanied me in different and sometimes very personal areas of my life.
We have talked about topics such as relationships, personal development and setting healthy boundaries. Her calm, empathetic yet structured manner helped me to see many things more clearly and deal better with challenges.

I have contacted Nina for a severe depression. I was expecting to relieve my symptoms and understand the underlying causes. She not only helped me overcome my depression but also equipped me with the tools and techniques to be in touch with myself so that I can be more resilient in the future even without any help. She helped me discover who my authentic self is. I was also positively surprised to see that she follows the recent literature and talk openly about what we know and don’t know, control and can’t control…

She had done an amazing job creating a safe environment where I was able to communicate very sensitive details of my life so that we can pave the way for long-term healing. You can feel the compassionate tone in her voice and mimics throughout the counseling.
Overall, I am extremely happy and satisfied with the results of our therapy journey lasted for 1.5 years. Thanks to her, I feel much better, more stable and in connection with my feelings like I have never felt before. When/if I need help again, I won’t hesitate to contact Nina and ask for help.

I began therapy with Nina after experiencing a personal crisis. At the time I had access to several therapists covered by my health insurance which I tried visiting however I did not feel they were as good as the service offered by Nina, despite the additional cost to me.

During the course of my therapy with Nina which lasted 1.5-2 years I benfited immensely. Nina helped me identify and work on issues I knew I had but was maybe reluctant to admit and address. Initially we worked on getting me through the immediate crisis and as I became more stable we turned to addressing more profound issues, such as my self-confidence, self-worth and family related issues. Nina's manner throughout the course of my therapy was exceptional, she made me feel comfortable and never ashamed or guilty of what I shared. I never felt judged by her and I found the environment to be safe and one where I could open up and talk about my fears and worries and work on a way forward.

Completing this course of therapy with Nina has really helped me to get the most out of life, much more than I ever imagined could be possible. It is quite hard to describe in words the difference it has made in my every day life and the difference in the qaulity of life I am now able to have. I would definitely recommend Nina as an extremely good, professional and talented therapist to anyone in the future.

Nina helped me so much to change my life to the better! I had terrible panic attacks and didn’t know what was going on at all with my mind and body. She guided me through, digging into some deep routed past events, and showed me tools how to manage my current state. Thanks to that I had hope again and was willing to face all my fears to overcome them. I’ll still work on that but with Nina I gained back some confidence and understanding of myself. She is a very kind and caring human, I would very much recommend to try out working with her!

I am very happy to have spent 10 hours with Nina! From the beginning I felt very well taken care of with her. She understood very well and quickly where I was at, what I was about and how we could best work together. At the beginning she gave me a clear outlook of what was possible in the short time frame and we were then able to implement that together. The classification in the schematherapeutic work helped me a lot to understand myself better. I got a lot of impulses with which I can now continue to work well.
I can highly recommend the work with Nina and am very grateful for her open, non-judgmental, supportive, benevolent and also certain manner. She brings a lot of knowledge & experience with her, I felt that from the beginning - through this she radiated a great security for me, which also allowed me to engage very well in the process :)

I have had the best possible experience with Nina. Already after 8 sessions I felt great success, which in my opinion is solely due to her particularly empathetic and yet direct and supportive manner. Her practical approach to my situation motivated me to use the tools she gave me and to make progress with my problems on my own. I have nothing negative to say about her, because I really believe that we matched perfectly on all levels and her way was exactly what I needed. I would recommend Nina anytime and wish that she gets recognition and appreciation for how much good she is doing in my life and certainly in the lives of other clients.

My experience with Ms. Kutylowski was amazing. After seeing different therapists for more than 10 years, I finally got my diagnosis. She has a therapy style that makes you understand the reasons why are you going through your struggles. She offers scientific and logical explanations, and coping tools that helped me a lot. She is also very emphatic, makes you feel welcome to open up by creating a safe environment. I would definitely recommend her, especially for people who have trauma related issues or depression.

Nina is an incredible psychologist. She really helped me through a dark time. She leads the sessions with kindness and empathy. She is a hands-on therapist who listens, provides feedback, guides and has great exercises to improve emotional skills. She is genuine and really cares about her patients, and puts a lot of extra work in providing information and helpful tools.

Nina was exceptional. I waited to write my review for a few months to really understand the effect that the sessions had. I am constantly going back to the work we did and I am so encouraged that I have learned to think about my anxiety and stress differently.

Nina was different than any other psychologist I have seen. She was able to connect feelings and root causes, identify when I was uncomfortable and lead me through excersises that changed the way I view myself. Such a good experience. I highly recommend her.

I enjoyed every single session with Nina to the fullest. I was able to gain multiple crucial insights from the sessions and found that Nina adapted really well to learnings we had along the way. Nina also provided me with additional material to make the most out of every session (and in between). I've always been a skeptical person especially when it comes to therapy due to strong beliefs. Starting a therapy with Nina showed me slowly but surely how to build trust overtime first within myself, but also with her.

She is the right balance between understanding, softness but also being direct and firm when needed.
I have no regret starting taking care of my mental health and I am glad I got to start with someone who was able to bring down the wall I've been putting.

Having Nina as a therapist was truly a blessing. I struggled a lot with anxiety and trauma and felt really helpless. Nina helped me with her great methods of schema therapy to first realize the underlying emotions and how to label where they come from. Due to her professional competence and empathy, I made real progress in keeping my anxiety in check, my emotions balanced and being less reactive or impulsive. I have gained so much insight about myself and my trauma, that it helped me to build up my self-compassion and self-acceptance. Nina also integrated mindfulness techniques which makes her therapy session very adjustable to one's needs. With her lovely and caring nature, you feel like talking to a good friend, who will pinpoint the problem and gives you great advise. I loved going to each session even if it got tough. I am so thankful for all her continuous effort and care.

Going to Nina was one of the best decisions I've made in the past couple of years. I started therapy in a pretty dark place and left a year later feeling confident, capable, and hopeful. I made significant internal progress, and as a result, several external factors in my life changed for the better. After therapy, I'm also equipped with much more knowledge about my mental health, and I have strategies to work through issues on my own. Nina is friendly and even when a session was tough, it was lovely to see her every week. I miss the sessions a lot, but I am also proud of myself for what I've achieved and continue to achieve. Having sessions in English was also a huge benefit as a foreigner in Germany. Thank you Nina!
