Smooth purchase and uncomplicated collection on site. For the future, the issuance of an invoice could be faster, just as a note about the tent area (center, box, gallery, etc.) would be desirable. All in all, absolutely recommendable and hopefully at the next Wiesn with even larger table offer.
When booking the table was unfortunately no indication in which area of the tent is located. Possibly one can include a concrete location information for next year.
On my request by e-mail on this subject was unfortunately not responded to
Oktoberfest-Booking.com offers the possibility to sell Wiesn tickets at short notice, which you cannot use yourself, e.g. due to illness. It is a win-win situation: the seller gets the money back for the Wiesn tickets he paid for without loss and the buyer still gets coveted Wiesn seats at short notice at the usual price in the festival tent. In my case, the transaction was absolutely correct, uncomplicated and smooth. A great facility!!!!! Hopefully there will be this opportunity again next year!
Oktoberfest-booking.com is great accept that they don't issue digital documents and the collection point is not close to the weisn. We didnt realise this and had to get a taxi to the collection point. Once we received the documentation and got back to the festival everything went well and the value for money was positive
Super offer, uncomplicated to sell the seats.
Somewhat unstructured when only part of the reservation is sold. On repeated request I have not received an answer whether also a part of the vouchers can be picked up directly in the tent (goes in the HB probably not).
The drop-off time for the vouchers is very limited and somewhat clumsy (10-12 o'clock).
Completely uncomplicated and secure.
Finally something happens against the black market!
The only sticking point is the time delay due to postal shipping, but this is exclusively Post / DHL fault.
Unfortunately, the mediation did not work smoothly for me, as there were problems with the seller. I was supported at all times by Dr Pfeiffer with the problem.
Basically a good platform and absolutely necessary. It would still be important that you get a little more info about the table, so where in the tent it is located
Finally a serious site on which, with a small fee, tables can be resold. However, information on the homepage about each package would have to be presented in more detail and there would have to be more advertising for this site.
