In order to get an introduction essay job, you must know a little about writing. A lot of the time, students and college students are given a requirement to write their "introduction" to the college application. The introduction is the section of... the essay, where you tell your school who you are and what you are looking for in the college environment.
The introduction is the very first thing that is read by the college admissions office in your college or university, so it's vital that you use proper wording. The introduction should be concise and succinct and not use words that are too long. You must also avoid the misuse of pronouns when you're writing your essay, for example you will be asked to put yourself in the shoes of the reader, and you may need to use "you" instead of "I." Using "I" instead of "you" is known as you-only-what-I-would-like-to-write, it's another way to not impress the admissions officers with your confidence. You should remember that the other students who are reading your essay will be doing the same thing, so the best way to impress them is to be interesting and eloquent.
Also keep in mind that you can't ever cram for your introduction essay. Do your research and know what's asked. It's not necessary to know every question, you can simply ask the admissions officer questions to get an idea of what type of essay you will need to write. Try to present your point in a clever and interesting way, with great detail and the essay should end up having a very "mature" feel to it.
