Andrea Mewaldt (OEC) worked with us through Renovabis Foundation in 2019 and 2020 in order to create a Strategy that was the first of its kind in our Organization. The collaboration with Andrea was very enriching, professional and pleasant. In her work, Andrea showed high empathy and she was very quickly acquainted with the topic and the environment. We continue to cooperate with Mrs. Andrea in the ongoing project, which was approved on the basis of the developed Strategy. Andrea is currently facilitating our Monitoring Group, moving our work to a highly professional level. The knowledge and practical experience gained during the meetings with Andrea are very useful for all of us in other projects as well.

We contracted OEC for an external evaluation in 2020, and were very happy with the experience. Andrea and her team were very professional and knowledgeable, and also brought in relevant expertise to bolster their knowledge. We were also impressed with the team's ability to adapt to changing situations, and to work with our team to continually learn as we went through the evaluation process. Communication was smooth and cooperative, despite the whole evaluation being carried out remotely. We were also very pleased with their facilitation skills (for workshops). Andrea and her team were dedicated to ensuring the job was completed to a very high standard, and we would happily work with them again.

Open Europe Consulting supported and guided us for years in our innovative Patients@Heart Project, concentrating on the integration of chronically ill employees at work (International company with 2,800 employees on 3 sites in Germany). They were a fierce force driving strategic impact for the business. OEC helped us a lot in proving that shared value projects are key for today's leadership understanding.
