I bought the Queen Line awnings for shading and heat protection in our conservatory.
It had to be an internally mounted solution because solar cells are installed in the glass roof of the conservatory and external shading is therefore out of the question. Installation was easy and explained with YouTube videos.
Although the glass roof with the integrated solar cells and the frame of the conservatory get very hot, it is now bearable with the walls open in the summer sun. I had previously hung up a simple awning with normal fabric, which didn't help much.
At first I was skeptical as to whether the fabric of the Queen Line awning could really reflect and reduce the heat better, but I am happy with the result. Of course, shading from the outside would be more effective, but this is not possible for the reasons mentioned above.
The package arrived damaged and a few small parts were missing, which must have fallen out during transportation. However, after an email to the support team, the missing parts were delivered again immediately.
On receipt of the parcel I had to pay customs duty (in Switzerland), but this was refunded to me on request to support.
