Recommendation
We were very satisfied with the placement of the caregivers. We got to know a total of 4 caregivers while looking after our mother. The last two were a stroke of luck for us. They came alternately and organized the arrivals and departures themselves. The care was empathetic and professional right to the end.
A good pre-selection was already made during the placement process, and the last two employees, who were with us for a total of three quarters of a year, were a perfect fit. We can only recommend Pflegehelden to others.
One of the caregivers will soon be starting work for a lady we know in our town.

The advice and support was excellent.We always had a contact person available and the caregivers placed with us were optimally selected for the needs of our caregiver and we were more than satisfied.
