Pflegehelden gets very much money for little work. The women work, as they have confirmed to me, for their circumstances good money, but really have to work. If one can assume that the care heroes get about 1/3 of the earnings of the women, that is in my and my family's eyes, in proportion decidedly too much.

We are of course surprised that you - although the care both organizationally and on the part of the selected caregivers in our opinion worked well and smoothly - are only partially satisfied. We are pleased that you agree with the remuneration of the caregivers, it is very important to us that this is done fairly and equitably. As can also be nicely understood from the invoices, the share of care heroes in the total remuneration is about 16.7% (not over 30). This is appropriate and usual for the great organizational and time effort behind the smooth functioning.
